Mrs. Shreve's English 1 Honors class took their first trip to AB Tech's Don C. Locke library last week to prepare for their upcoming independent reading projects. With the guidance of library staff, students created book speed dating profiles to help their peers find books that they might like to check out. Over the course of the next month, students will work on different components of their project including book talks, creative projects, and reading logs. Thank you to the library staff for helping Mrs. Shreve with this activity.

This month, we are focusing on students who have been effective communicators in their classes and with their peers. Students who have been recognized are given a "gotcha slip" on our GO bulletin board. We look forward to recognizing these students next month!!!
