Healthy School Community
Posted on 09/07/2021
A safe and healthy school community is our priority.
Students and families, please continue to self monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 at home. If a student is not feeling well, they should not come to school. Staying home when sick is essential to keep infections out of schools and prevent spread to others. If someone in your home is showing symptoms or being tested for COVID, please keep your student home. Please communicate with our principal or school nurse when your student is out of school for COVID related reasons.
Symptoms of COVID-19 are:

• Fever (100.4 or higher) or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Severe Headache (new onset especially with fever)
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea

Please note that on Thursday of each week we will post the number, if any, of lab-confirmed positive COVID cases associated with our schools on the Announcements section on our school webpage.  This information will be updated weekly to reflect the most current data we have available.
