Biltmore Leadership Seminar
Biltmore Leadership Summit
Students stand at the Biltmore estate.

On September 28th 2017, five students who are student government officers attended a leadership seminar at the Biltmore Estate.  The purpose of this trip was to give the student government officers a new sense of leadership to evolve the Early College students and staff into something better. During the seminar, students and teachers got to hear from someone in a leadership position on how to motivate others and themselves.   The group of students were also given time on how to reflect on themselves to show what a leader looks like. They were shown what it takes to be a leader and a motivator so they can create new leaders who motivate others. Students and teachers were also separated into several groups based on career interests. Many students found it helpful to ask questions about certain careers as well as conversing with other students about leadership qualities.
